Scholarships
San Diego Working Waterfront Scholarship
Awarded annually to a local San Diego member of the working waterfront community. The scholarship awardee shall use the funds for licensing exams, qualifications or any trade training that supports the working waterfront and ship repair.
"With the money I plan on using it to continue my education at Miramar college in the diesel
technology program, to buy books and other necessities for the upcoming semester. I’m am grateful that my hard work and commitment is being recognized, and this scholarship well serve as added motivation."

"Being a 4th generation commercial albacore tuna fisherman, I've learned how to run the deck, manage the crew, but most importantly maintain and operate the engine room. Thank you Propeller Club to aid in furthering my learning in boat maintenance."
